Sweet treats on Sunday
The event will be on throughout the day from 10am to 5pm, and will feature sweets and desserts from around the globe. Basically, it’s going to be a Willy Wonka wonderland full of treats that will definitely tickle those tastebuds (and possibly send them into sugar overdrive).

Head on down to the Sweet Tooth Festival and eat to your heart’s desire, and we promise we won’t tell your dentist about it! Apart from indulging in all the amazing treats, other activities will be on, including a Cake Decoration Tutorial Session and a competition for the best decorated cake. Are you up for the challenge?

The festival is also a family-friendly event and will feature a Children’s Area including this amazing stuff, for free: a bouncy castle, inflatable slides, balloon modelling, face painting, character station, craft session, bubbles machine, character meet-and-greet, and Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory. What more can you ask for?

A little bit about Villa Rundle
Villa Rundle is the perfect spot for the Sweet Tooth Festival, having been regenerated as an open space for families and such events. The area was actually an experimental farm during the British colonisation, which helped farmers to upgrade their quality of produce and livestock. Governor Sir Leslie Rundle was asked for assistance (by which we mean funds on the most part) to build a garden as part of the then-farm. He left the island before the works were completed but the gardens were named after him for reaching into his pockets!
