At just 18 years old, Nicole Sciberras has made strides in her football career many only dream of.

The Maltese defender signed a one-year deal with Juventus Women Primavera starting next season, making her the first Maltese national to join this revered Italian football club.

Nicole is no stranger to playing football overseas though. This season with Juventus will be her third in Italy, but her first at youth level.

On home turf, the defender played with Mosta in the youth and senior categories, and also scored three goals with her team in the BOV Women’s League. Her talent has long earned her a place in the Malta national football team, and it seems that it’s only onwards and upwards for this teen star player from here on.
