Fly high! 6 incredible shots of last weekend’s Wind and Kite Festival in Gozo
It was breath-taking!

Jillian Mallia

Last weekend, a spectacle of colours and all shapes and sizes painted the glorious sky above Gharb in Gozo as, once again, the Wind and Kite Festival wowed attendees. In case you missed out on this fantastic event, here are some beautiful shots of the festival

1. Battle of the seas

Seems like this poor octopus dude (jew x’inhu) is being chased by the hungry shark. Yikes! He’s a persistent and annoying thing, that shark! #LeaveBritneyAlone

2. Fishy!

This huge fish is kinda what I look like after eating too much gluten. #Feelyabro

3. Christmas is coming around

Santa made his debut, flying around with the chama-chameleon. A little early, St Nick?

4. Teddy

It must have been awesome to see a huge teddy bear flying sky high in a field in the middle of Gharb.

5. Dragons unite!

Awh, baby dragons also came out to play this weekend.
