From this month, the Marina Hotel Corinthia Beach Resort at St George’s Bay has started organising two barbecue nights every single week – on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

On Tuesday evenings, diners can look forward to sampling a taste of Malta in a lavish assortment of tasty grills and local specialities. On the other hand, Thursday evenings take diners on a trip to the Bel Paese, with an array of Italy-inspired barbecue dishes.

Guests at the Marina Hotel’s barbecue nights get to enjoy a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere ideal for the whole family, with al fresco tables set overlooking the stylish Sea Salt pool deck.

Couple this with the hotel’s mouth-watering selection of dishes ready to satisfy all tastes and ages and you’ve got a night to remember.

On each night, four abundant food stations will reflect the flavours, aromas, and textures of Malta and Italy. Diners can also sample a selection of refreshing starter soups, Mediterranean-style charcuterie platters, an enticing selection of grilled-to-perfection meat and seafood options, beautifully prepared vegetables, as well as a delicious choice of desserts.

All of the food served at the Marina Hotel’s barbecue nights is cooked from scratch by a first-class kitchen team.

One last thing – adult diners get to enjoy a complimentary glass of homemade sangria with each meal, the perfect sundowner for the summer season.

Marina Hotel’s Maltese and Italian barbecue buffets take place from 7:30pm to 10pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, respectively.

Prices start from just €30 per person and €18 per child up to 12 years old. Children aged five or younger get to eat for free with every paying adult. Patrons can also enjoy free parking at the Corinthia St George’s Bay car park.
