With rent prices on the Maltese Islands at an all-time high, one unusual post in a local expats group is bound to turn heads. The reason? This guy is offering a 4-week stay in his seafront apartment in Senglea for FREE.
Yep, you read that right. FREE. But there is one small caveat, which comes in the form of an unusual request.

As apartment owner Daniel Go heads off to Germany for a few weeks, he has €1,000 worth of Ikea items being delivered to the apartment this weekend, all of which need to be assembled and put in place.
“I have an 1k€ order arriving this weekend in Senglea (3 Cities) for my apartment which is currently super super empty aka too minimalistic,” he says in his post in Expats Malta, before offering anyone with “some swag” to stay at his place while he’s abroad, in return for putting it all together.

The apartment looks pretty awesome too, with views of the Grand Harbour from the balcony!
Sounds like a great deal? You bet it is, but you better get on it quick! Daniel ends his post with “PM me - you could move in today”.
