Take a peek!

Valletta’s festive season is getting quite the upgrade this year, thanks to award-winning SFX artist Henry Galea, who has been entrusted with designing the capital’s 2025 Christmas tree. And while the official reveal is still on the way, Henry has already treated followers to a little sneak peek, and it looks absolutely stunning.

In the early hours of the morning, Henry shared a photo of the tree being installed while the city was still in darkness. Since then, he’s been posting updates on Instagram, documenting the build as it takes shape just past City Gate. His latest story shows the very top of the tree being assembled – a clear sign that the grand unveiling is just around the corner.

If these first glimpses are anything to go by, Valletta is in for a spectacular Christmas centrepiece this year.

Stay tuned… the magic is coming!
