Elderly citizens to be given medication for 2 months

The Prime Minister is giving a press conference at the moment regarding the current situation of the COVID-19. Deputy Prime Minister Chris Fearne also announced more measures to safeguard vulnerable citizens at the moment.

The 140,000 elderly people registered with the POYC will be given two months of medication so that they don’t need to leave their homes to stock up.

They also announced that a helpline specifically for those quarantined will be up and running soon. Those in quarantine and who need provisions can call on 21411411.
