Say what?! According to the Seismic Monitoring & Research Group at the University of Malta, this morning, at around 7.44am, an earthquake was felt close to the Maltese Islands. X’inhu?
Apparently, a quake that scored as 4.7 on the Richter Scale was registered by the research group this morning. It occurred 140 nautical miles away (around 160km) from our islands. #Damn! But don’t fret, although felt, it didn't really affect us, with no damage reported anywhere on the islands.
We’ve already got a massive heatwave going on, we really don’t need an earthquake too, thank you very much.
Did you feel it?
