Coronavirus cases in Malta have now reached 18

After Coronavirus cases soared to hit 18 this morning, it was anounced that all national musems, theatres and heritage sites will be closed as of today until further notice.

Heritage Malta addressed the public through a Facebook post highlighting their current priorities: "This action has been taken so to reassure the safety of both our colleagues as well as the visitors," the post read.

They advised that they will be keeping the general public updated with further information.
