When Meike started her blog Eat In My Kitchen in 2013, she shared one dish a day for a year. 365 springs from those roots and encourages the you to make at least one thing for yourself every day. Season by season, Meike serves up some real showstoppers, and we can’t help but get excited about her fresh take on some of Malta’s most treasured dishes – Timpana with Asparagus anyone?
