This floor will also include multi-sensory rooms, a children’s play room and an open art gallery that local artists will be able to temporarily use free of charge.

All the shops and restaurants on the ground level will remain open, but their establishments are set to be modernised.

The Valletta police station will also relocate to City Gate from its current position in Pjazza San Ġorġ.

As announced today, the project is expected to be completed within the next two years.
