Cat coming through! Have you seen these road signs in the north of Malta?
A great idea!

Jillian Mallia

How cute is this? A local shared photos of cat road signs in four different locations in the north of Malta. Just like the ones that depict hedgehogs, this warns drivers of possible kitties crossing the busy roads.

“Attention Cats passing! Mellieha, Manikata, Ghadira u Selmun (Malta),” Mila Mar Ivanov shares on Facebook, showing photos of the locations. Maltese cats are known to be quite the jaywalkers, so this could alert drivers to be on the lookout.

It’s a great idea if you ask us! Do you think more signs should be put up in other localities? Let us know!
