Can it be? Are temperatures on the Maltese Islands finally about to cool down?
We’re in for it…

If you’re sick of the warm weather, this might be music to your ears! According to local weather site It-Temp Madwarna, temperatures on the Maltese Islands are expected to drop a little, making our (somewhat stuffy) air a little cooler. #ThanksGod

“This week could be split in two, with relatively warm weather during the first three days of the week and much cooler weather from Thursday,” the local weather site announced in a Facebook post.

“Multiple low pressures and bad weather will be making their way to the centre of the Mediterranean from the Atlantic, but between Wednesday and Thursday, low pressures coming from Tunisia could bring severe weather to the centre of the Med,” they warn. “The rest of the week should be relatively stable, but strong winds are projected.”

But what about those temps? Are we going to keep breaking a sweat every time we head up the stairs? (True story). According to It-Temp Madwarna, temps will reach maximums of 24°C but will decrease to 20°C by the end of the week. Okay… not too bad. The local weather site said that temperatures will reach lows of 20°C at first but will drop further to about 15°C later on in the week. Now we’re talking!

Hear that, folks? Mother Nature is finally cooling off and giving us the November weather we deserve – cooler days with sprinkles of sunshine and the occasional storm, as has been the norm this past week. But, we don’t mind that so much (unless the big lady upstairs decides to flood the island).

What do you think of the forecasted weather?
