Today, countries all across the world are celebrating International Coffee Day and it would truly be a pity to let the day go by without drinking a coffee or two.

We have gathered a list of some of the must visit coffee shops in Malta and Gozo for you to go to on this special day.

These coffee shops are perfect for whenever you feel like a quiet chat with a friend or just need a bit of an energy booster before and after a long day.

2. Jacob's Brew Café - Pay It Forward, Marsaskala

This café is run by Jacob, who in 2013 was in the ITU fighting for his life. Now, he dedicates a percentage of the revenue from his coffee shop to the NGO Survivors Malta. The NGO helps families who are facing large traumas.

Not only can you enjoy a nice cuppa but you can also help to pay it forward.
