Brace yourselves, because we’re in for a hot one! According to Malta Weather, the Maltese Islands are to expect high temperatures throughout the day today, feeling as hot as 38°C.
“Monday is expected to be one of the hottest days of the year so far in Malta and Gozo,” wrote the local weather site on Facebook just hours ago. Temperatures today are expected to reach highs of 36°C and lows of 25°C. Someone switch on the air conditioner, PRONTO!
And as per usual, locals have taken to commenting on the heat sitch. “Infern” (inferno) one Facebook user wrote, while someone else commented, “Heaven. Pure heaven.” Hmm, seems like people associate the weather with non-earthly worlds!
