The team announced the news on social media, teasing fans with the message: ‘Something new is cooking in Gozo! We’re opening a sister restaurant in Fontana this November and we’re building our team!’
Earlier this year, the Briju team shifted their focus from their former Gżira outlet to hosting exclusive events at Maria Rosa, a charming countryside venue surrounded by lush greenery and open spaces.
Now, they’re ready to bring that same culinary magic to the heart of Gozo, giving island visitors and locals alike a new spot to experience the taste of Briju.
