Exciting news for foodies and Gozitan locals alike – Briju, the Michelin-plated Maltese restaurant led by acclaimed chef Rafel Sammut, is expanding to Gozo!

The team announced the news on social media, teasing fans with the message: ‘Something new is cooking in Gozo! We’re opening a sister restaurant in Fontana this November and we’re building our team!’

Earlier this year, the Briju team shifted their focus from their former Gżira outlet to hosting exclusive events at Maria Rosa, a charming countryside venue surrounded by lush greenery and open spaces.
