22 year old goal keeper Joe Gauci is set to make his official debut with Australia’s national football team in tonight’s match against Ecuador.

In the Australian football league, Joe plays as a goalkeeper for the Adelaide United Football Club.

Joe was born in Australia but is of Maltese descent, making this a proud moment for Malta and Maltese immigrants all around the globe.

The talented player is set to become the 631st players to ever play with Australia’s national football team.
