This morning, the Air Malta KM 514 flight that was bound to Vienna from the Malta International Airport had to carry out an emergency landing after experiencing technical issues.

The flight safely landed back on the airport tarmac at 8:07am and thankfully, nobody on board was injured.

“The Malta International Airport’s Rescue and Fire-Fighting Team was dispatched to the site immediately”, the Malta International Airport team reported.

“Airport operations have not been affected by this emergency landing. An investigation is currently underway”, they revealed as they assured everyone.

“The airline gives utmost importance to the safety and well-being of its customers and crew and apologises for this disruption caused by circumstances beyond its control”, Air Malta went on to add.
