A glimmer of hope! Malta's neighbouring country finally sees improvements

During this Coronavirus pandemic, one of the worst places hit by it is Malta’s neighbouring country, Italy. Over the last month, Italy’s number of cases spiked, reaching over 600 daily. But, according to Worldometers, it seems that they’re getting a bit of a break.

Italy hit its peak on 21st March with 6,557 new cases reported. But it began decreasing straightaway with 5,560 on 22nd March  and 4,789 yesterday. They’re still very large numbers, but it’s still a decrease. So, here’s hoping it sticks to that direction.

Currently, there are 63,927 cases, with 6,077 deaths and 7,432 recoveries. Here’s hoping the latter number increases more than the former.
