Fly high, baby girl.

It's a very sad evening for all those who were rooting for little Emily. With great sorrow, we announce that little Emily has passed away.

"Fly and play with the beautiful angels like you Emily. You are now in a place without pain my darling," her mother Vanessa shared on Facebook earlier this evening. "Thank you to everyone for all your prayers, I assure you that with it we had the strength and courage to keep fighting. Appreciate your children and the little things in life," Vanessa shares. "God bless us all and take care of Angel Emily."

"Thank you Emily you will remain in our hearts," Social Channel said. "We love you our little angel and we will never forget you." They also thanked the thousands of people who prayed for little Emily who "taught us how to live," they said.

Emily flew to the UK to have a tumour in her abdomen removed. Her mum, Vanessa kept family, friends and supporters posted on Facebook. Emily suffered some post-op complications including low blood pressure and unresponsive kidneys.

Our deepest condolences to go Emily's family and friends during this difficult time.
