Plans for the construction of a bungalow and garage have been submitted.

A plot of rural land in the Ghar Lapsi area has been earmarked for development, with a proposal for a bungalow and adjoining garage put forward last January to the Planning Authority.

The area noted down in the application, PA/3458/20, is outside the development zone however adjacent fields house 'rural rooms'. The field in question is also not believed to be used for agricultural purposes.

There has been no word yet whether the PA will approve or refuse the permit as the application is still in its early stages.
