Moira Stafrace has just announced that the funeral for her late husband, Chris Scicluna, will take place tomorrow, Tuesday the 22nd February, at 8.30am at Balluta Parish church tal-Karmnu, Sliema. 

“We would like you to join us in a celebration of life at a funeral mass honouring our beloved Chris,” the announcement stated.  

Moira shared the news along with the latest picture the couple had taken together, on the 5th February.   

Chris, former Eurovision representative for Malta and one-half of musical duo ‘Chris and Moira’ sadly passed away last Friday.  

Hundreds took this announcement as an opportunity to, once again, pay tribute to the beloved singer and songwriter. 

“Photo to be treasured forever. Rest in peace Chris. I’m sure that your love will not end here,” wrote one commenter.  

“Chris will always be in our hearts. We will miss him dearly. Take care Moira. We are all just passing through. In our prayers,” added another.
