The number of jellyfish in the video is infinite…

In a video posted by Lino Axiak on Facebook, one can see the horror that lies along Saint Thomas’s Bay in Marsaskala as the sea turns completely purple with jellyfish.

The purple, mauve stinger covered the entirety of the bay to the point that the jellyfish started washing up on the concrete.

The video showed even more jellyfish coming in with every little wave.

Hopefully this will start clearing later on for the upcoming summer and Malta can enjoy its beaches in peace.

Did you see this huge number of jellyfish anywhere else on the island?
