WATCH: Explore the stunning Wied Hesri in full winter bloom
Wied Hesri is the perfect spot for a winter hike.

In his latest vlog, local explorer Angelo Caruana has taken his viewers on another adventure as he explores Wied Hesri. The valley, which is found within the limits of Siggiewi and Haz Zebbug is in full winter bloom.

The vlog shows how this two-kilometre-long valley is barely touched by humans and is very much in its natural state.

Angelo went to visit this beautiful valley, just after it had rained and so it was in full bloom. He in fact came across many ponds full of waters.

It is highly probably that whoever visits is likely to come across a frog or a tadpole in such an environment but unfortunately Angelo came across none.

He however did come across almond trees that had already started blossoming even though we’re right in the heart of winter and they usually blossom in spring.

The area is without a doubt a stunning one, especially since no buildings are barely in sight making Wied Hesri the perfect spot for a day out with the family during the winter.
