WATCH: Dolphins swim alongside sailing boat at Comino’s Blue Lagoon
Not a sight you see every day!

The Blue Lagoon in Comino is absolutely gorgeous, and in summer, locals and visitors flock to its crystalline waters to enjoy the sun and sea. But while it’s a lot of fun, it also means that the area gets quite busy, with swimmers and all sorts of vessels crowding the beautiful sea.

What this also means is that sea life is generally nowhere to be seen – and let’s face it, we can’t blame them from giving boats a wide berth when there’s so much going on! But this year, with fewer visitors to the island, Comino and its surrounding waters aren’t quite as busy, and one lucky sailboat was visited by a spritely group of dolphins!

In footage uploaded to social media earlier today, the dolphins can be seen swimming and diving alongside the boat at the Blue Lagoon – getting up close and personal with onlookers.

What a delight it is to see these sea creatures enjoying themselves right alongside us humans!
