Among the many things the pandemic has showed us, one major lesson is the power of connection, both real and virtual. This was taken to a whole other level for one singer and guitarist who answered rock legend Jon Bon Jovi's public call for singers and musicians to take part in a songwriting challenge about their experience during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Many submissions were made and among them were singer Keith Rollin and lead guitarist Glenn Sacco. The duo created the second verse of the song, while Bon Jovi sang and played the first part.

"Right here on this island, we're affected too, but nothing's gonna hold us in Malta we get it through," Keith sang: "We take care of each other, we try to lend a hand, we got it all covered cos we did understand," he continued.

When she’s not having a quarter-life crisis, Caroline is either drawing in a café, frittering her salary on sushi or swearing at traffic in full-on Gozitan. There is also the occasional daytime drink somewhere in the equation. Or two. A creative must be allowed at least one vice.
