Hello, gorgeous! Marsalforn’s police station is getting some much-needed TLC and quite the makeover after €130,000 were invested to revamp the place. In the coming months, the police station “will be able to serve the residents and the thousands of people who visit especially during the summer months,” Minister Byron Camilleri and Minister Clint Camilleri announced.

The ministers shared that the station will be accessible also for persons with disability thanks to a lift instalment. Structural works and an investment in technology were also part of the revamp.

“Our vision is that more police are in the streets and close to citizens,” Minister Byron Camilleri said. “Open police stations need to be of a deserving standard. In fact, this isn’t the only investment,” he noted, saying that new police stations in Marsaxlokk and Marsaskala are being built.
