Nas Daily, Moreganplease... Malta keeps getting in the limelight thanks to travel vloggers

Melanie Drury

Famous vlogger Nas Daily did no less than 17 vlogs on Malta last year. However, he's not the only vlogger who's fascinated by the Maltese Islands and what they have to offer. We discovered this cool travel vlog - Moreganplease - which also recently featured Malta. With five videos of approximately 16 minutes each, Moreganplease covered some of Malta's most famous highlights: Valletta, Mdina, Xlendi (Gozo), the Blue Lagoon (Comino) and Malta's famous village festa. But what did they have to say about it?

Have YOU Heard Of Malta? - Valletta Budget Travel Guide

"Malta!! Have you been there? Do you live there? Is this the first time you're hearing of this tiny country in the Mediterranean? In the next couple of weeks we are going to introduce you to beautiful Malta, starting with Valletta," the first one begins.

MDINA - Malta's Ancient Silent City // Budget Travel Guide

The second focuses on Malta's old capital: "Magical Mdina - it's a timeless city that looks like it is straight out of Game of Thrones - because it is! There is a reason this city was one of the locations chosen to be Kings Landing. It's stunning, ethereal, and historic. In this video we show you around Mdina, Malta while on a budget."

Secret Mermaid Grotto & Sunset in Paradise - Gozo Budget Travel Guide

A mermaid grotto in Gozo? Now we're listening. The couple's third video is described as such: "Today we are in the island of Gozo, which is one of the three islands of Malta! Specifically we are in Xlendi Bay, and we show you around this slice of paradise. We are budget travelers, so we share exactly how much we spent to stay here and what we paid for food, airbnb, random purchases, etc... EVERYTHING. We don't keep secrets, you and I ;) Why Xlendi Bay? Because it's got gorgeous beauty right outside your door, and decent bus links to the rest of the island. The only other best place for bus links is the capital Victoria, but that is inland and we wanted to be by the sea! In Xlendi, we show you a magical mermaid grotto, stunning sunset views over the cliffs and sea, and where to swim for turquoise water with NO people around!! Please give this video a like, comment, and SUBSCRIBE!! :) Thank you!!"

THIS Is Why Everyone Is Visiting Malta // Blue Lagoon Budget Travel Guide

No set of videos about Malta is complete without a mention of Comino and it's famous crystal waters: "The Blue Lagoon in Comino is the most famous and most beautiful attraction of Malta. Thousands of people show up every day to swim in these crystal clear waters and see it's pristine beauty, and for good reason - this is truly one of the best beaches in the whole world!! In this video we show you how to live like Larry WITHOUT spending a ton of money. This is The Blue Lagoon on Comino island in Malta - On a budget!"

Malta's Unmissable Summer-Long Party // Budget Travel Guide

The fifth and final video tackles the star of Malta's summer - the festa! "IT'S FESTA SEASON!! For four days out of the week, every week, Malta's villages host captivating Festas celebrating each one's individual patron saints. This week it was Nadur's turn on the island of Gozo, and we headed there to eat and drink local food, check out the beautiful decorations and fireworks, and talk to the locals! We also visit a nearby cave in a mountain with a stunning view over one of the island's best beaches: Ramla Bay."

What did you think of their videos about our fair islands? We were pretty impressed! Follow them for more on the Moreganplease Travel Vlog.
