The Coronavirus has made us crave the outdoors even more, but no reason justifies the mess that this local found in the countryside. People are venturing out for a walk especially during the weekend, but no one expects to find this sight.

Christian Borg shared unbelievable photos of heaps of rubbish in Malta’s countryside. While heading out for some fresh air is important to remain sane (always at a safe distance), it doesn’t mean one can abuse of the local environment.

It is important to safeguard our environment in general to have something to look forward to after all this, and so that the next generations can enjoy it too.
