One is a renowned swimmer, one is a peanut butter distributor, and both are vying to represent Malta at Mr Beast’s Beast Games.

For the third season of his reality competition, MrBeast is searching for global superstars to represent their countries in challenges around the world, competing for a $5 million prize.

Two people could represent Malta – Mya Azzopardi, who holds 24 national swimming records and who has represented Malta at several competitions, and Julian – the owner of Julian’s Heavenlies, a local peanut butter distributor.

Mya said she wants to raise money for her friend Amber Woods, the Maltese singer who was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. Julian has gone down another route, promising voters a free jar of peanut butter – and an additional kilo of peanut butter if he wins the vote.
