Take note! These 22 localities in Malta and Gozo are set to undergo power cuts this week

A total of 22 localities around Malta and Gozo will be undergoing planned power cuts this upcoming week.

Enemalta, our local electricity provider, has fortunately published a list of localities that are set to be experience some planned maintenance works over the upcoming week.

However, this does not mean that the whole locality will have its power cut as only select streets from the following localities will be affected.

These maintenance works are carried out regularly to ensure that the national electricity grid operates safely. 

Tuesday, 6th December:

Malta:

Gzira from 7am to 11:30am

Hal-Luqa from 8am to 1pm

Rabat from 8am to 2pm

San Pawl il-Bahar from 8am to 1pm

Mosta from 8:30am to 3:30pm

Imsida from 7am to 1pm

Qormi from 7am to 5pm

Ta’ Xbiex from 8am to 12:15pm

Hal Tarxien from 7am to 12pm

Zejtun from 7am to 12pm

Marsaxlokk from 7am to 12:30pm

Birzebugga from 8am to 1pm

Haz-Zebbug from 9am to 12pm

Gozo:

Qala from 8:30am to 2:30pm

Wednesday, 7th December:

Malta:

Hal-Balzan from 7am to 3pm

Zejtun from 7am to 11:30am

Rabat from 8am to 12pm

Valletta from 5:30am to 8:30am

San Pawl il-Bahar from 7am to 2pm

Fgura from 7am to 1:30pm

Zurrieq from 8:30am to 2pm

Gozo:

Xaghra from 8:30am to 2:30pm

Iz-Zebbug from 8:30am to 2:30pm

Qala from 8:30am to 2:30pm

Thursday, 6th December:

Malta:

Birzebbuga from 8:15am to 1pm

Friday, 9th December:

Malta:

Hal Gharghur from 8:30am to 12pm

Iklin from 8:30am to 11:30am
