SummerDaze kicks off tomorrow! Here’s what you need to know about traffic & parking around Ta’ Qali
Ta’ Qali is turning into a festival zone tomorrow!

The countdown is over! SummerDaze Malta 2025 is here, and Ta’ Qali is getting ready for thousands of music lovers to descend on the stadium and surrounding areas. If you’re heading to the festival, here’s a quick guide to make your journey smoother.

The roads immediately surrounding the MFCC will be largely pedestrianised for safety. There will be a dedicated waiting area for white taxis, plus separate drop-off points for Y & E cabs and minibuses.

Several public parking areas will be available around the Ta’ Qali perimeter, including near Triq il-Kbira, Triq San Gakbu and just off Vjal l-Istadium Nazzjonali.

Note that some roads will have restricted access to accommodate emergency services. Please drive slowly, follow all signage, and cooperate with traffic wardens – it means you’ll get to the music faster!

Another heads up: certain areas that are normally open for parking will be marked as no parking from Wednesday 14th August through Monday 18th August. If you’re a regular in the area, plan ahead to avoid getting caught out.

Are you heading to SummerDaze?

14th August 2025
