Storm Harry update: MaltaPost suspends mail delivery for safety reasons
Safety first!

Francesca Vella

If you were expecting a letter or parcel today, you might have to wait a little longer. MaltaPost has announced that, due to the extreme weather conditions, today’s mail delivery has been suspended with immediate effect.

The move comes in line with directives from the Occupational Health and Safety Authority, prioritising the safety of MaltaPost employees amid Storm Harry’s strong winds and heavy rain.

Services will resume as soon as the official weather warnings are lifted, so your letters and parcels aren’t lost, they’re just delayed for now.

Stay safe, Malta, and maybe double-check your mailbox tomorrow!
