In an inspiring display of community spirit, the amazing students from De La Salle College Malta have teamed up with Coast is Clear to tackle plastic pollution at the Marsaxlokk nature reserve and beach.

This collaborative effort aimed to raise awareness about environmental conservation while fostering a sense of responsibility among the younger generation.

During the cleanup, the dedicated La Sallian kids worked tirelessly, collecting an impressive 223 kilograms of plastic garbage, including nets, ropes, and tyres. Their hard work not only contributed to the beautification of the beach but also played a crucial role in protecting marine life and preserving the natural beauty of the area.

The initiative showcases the commitment of De La Salle College and its students to making a positive impact on the environment.

Kudos to the boys for their exceptional efforts!
