Well hel-lo, baby! The beautiful luxury hotel Iniala Harbour House is opening bookings for its glamorous restaurant ION – The Harbour. The restaurant “offers a unique dining experience that ventures beyond the usual boundaries of fine dining,” their website reads. Ooh!

Everything has been seamlessly curated by acclaimed chef Andrew Borg, elevating this dining experience that will definitely have your taste buds going wild. And the stunning views of the harbour are one heck of a bonus.

“Tweaked daily, our dinner menu offers a four-course à la carte experience embellished with delightful surprises along the way,” the website reads, which means your experience is guaranteed to be unique every time.

Located on the St Barbara Bastion, ION – The Harbour is open for breakfast seven days a week between 7am and 2pm and for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday between 7pm and 9.30pm. Reservations are being taken starting from Thursday 5^th November. Our taste buds are tingling!
