Eddie Hall, also known as ‘The Beast’, has shared some images on social media of his current visit in Malta, walking around the streets of Valletta and enjoying the daily time-gun at the saluting battery in the Upper Barrakka Gardens.

The 36-year-old British retired strongman is also a known media personality, but is best known for his world-record setting 500kg deadlift in 2016 – one of the greatest feats in the history of weightlifting. He was crowned the World’s Strongest Man in 2017, as well as Britain’s Strongest Man every year between 2011 and 2017.

In 2022, he was defeated by fellow World's Strongest Man winner Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson in a boxing match that was given the title ‘The Heaviest Boxing Match in History’. He also starred as an extra in the 2023 action film ‘Expend4bles’.

Keep your eyes open for The Beast while at the gym this week!
