Plan ahead! This major road in Pembroke will be closed all day tomorrow & Saturday
If you were planning on passing through Pembroke and High Ridge this weekend, you’re going to have to take a different route! Infrastructure Malta has announced that during the day on Friday 25th (tomorrow) and Saturday 26th September the busy St Andrew’s Road will be closed between 8.30am and 6pm.
“We’re completing the asphalt laying works of the new roundabout junction for increased road safety at the crossroads between Sant’Andrija (St Andrew) Road and several streets in Pembroke and the High Ridge (Madliena) area of Swieqi,” their post read.
“The southbound carriageway of Sant'Andrija Road will be closed and diverted to Martin Luther King Street. Follow diversion signs and plan ahead to avoid delays.”
