More than 2000 metres squared of open space returned to the public at Zabbar’s San Klement park

At last, more than 2,000 metres squared in open spaces has been returned to the public as a picnic area in San Klement Park, Żabbar. The area is now accessible to all the public to visit and enjoy!

An impressive 250 trees and shrubs have also been planted, while part of the wall of the nearby football ground is being treated with Jasmine to create a natural green wall.

The garden has been completely regenerated with the removal of invasive species and the installation of benches made from sustainable material.

More than 2000m2 of open space returned to the public at Zabbar’s San Klement park

The surrounding rubble wall and chainage fencing were also reinstated, making this green open space even safer.
