Memorial for One Direction’s Liam Payne to be held this weekend at Laparelli Gardens in Valletta
One week ago, the world was shocked with the news of the passing of One Direction band member Liam Payne at the young age of 31. In response to the loss felt by the band’s fans worldwide, a memorial has been organised for all those located in Malta who would like to come together to remember the beloved artist.
Organised by Maya Caruana, the memorial is set to take place this weekend, on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th October, at 6pm on both days, in Laparelli Gardens in Valletta.
The event will be raising funds for the Richmond Foundation, and attendees are being encouraged to take flowers, candles, posters and any other memento that reminds them of the singer and songwriter that touched so many lives.
