To make travelling to and from next Sunday's Festa Frawli a bit easier, Malta Public Transport are organising a special bus service.
On the 7th April, they are organising a special route, X44 alongside with Route 44 from Valletta to Ghajn Tuffieha via Mġarr.
The bus will leave from Valletta to Mġarr every 30 minutes between 10am and 3pm. The return trip from Mġarr to Valletta will also depart every 30 minutes, starting from 11am until 6pm.
Apart from the special route, a shuttle service will also operate from Ta’ Qali (Stadium Area) to Mġarr.
The shuttle from Ta’ Qali to Mġarr will operate every 30 minutes between 10am and 3pm, while the shuttle from Mġarr to Ta’ Qali will operate every 30 minutes between 11am to 6pm.
Festa Frawli is an annual festival in the countryside town of Mgarr where visitors get to taste and enjoy all things strawberry.
