From sun to showers! Instability looms as Malta is set for two days of clouds and rain this week
Rainfall is expected to hit Malta on Wednesday and Thursday this week.

As the weekend fades, having experienced a very sunny Sunday, a shift in weather patterns heralds the onset of a dynamically changing week. While Sunday basked in the glow of a beautiful sky, the forthcoming days promise a rollercoaster of meteorological activity. Clouds loom on the horizon, signalling an impending instability that will dominate much of the week.

In fact, according to Maltese Islands Weather, we should prepare for a soggy midweek, as Wednesday 7th May and Thursday 8th May are poised to bring forth episodes of rainfall. Tomorrow, Tuesday 7th May, will give way to a cloudy sky, in preparation for rainfall.

Rain will start on Wednesday evening and will continue throughout the day on Thursday. Although temperatures are expected to hover around the mid-20 degrees Celsius, on Thursday we will witness a dip, plunging to a low of 19 degrees Celsius, reminding us that fluctuations are what define spring.

Yet, amidst the clouds and rain, there is a glimmer of hope. Albeit still early to tell, the weekend beckons with the promise of warmth and radiance, just in time for Mother's Day celebrations. Bright sunshine will reign supreme, casting away the gloom of the week's earlier showers.

Are you looking forward to a rainy couple of days?
