It's a beast.

Remember local foodie Jon Camilleri, creator of Ch-EAT? Yes, the guy who created a pastizzi pie (right?) and the Maltese Bread Burger (cos, ovja) is back at it again with an unbelievable twist to a fast food creation we’ve all had.

We present, Mac Hobza

Yup, you heard right. “This is a remake of the classic McDonald’s Big Mac,” Jon tells us. “I used a big Maltese loaf, so everything is on a large scale,” he explains. Obvs, cos large is our middle name when it comes to food, hunny.

Jon added “two 600g beef patties, a 500g cheddar cheese slice and the classic Big Mac sauce.” Yo, we’d better check our cholesterol levels, pronto!

“I named it Mac Hobza,” he reveals. Appropriate! And get this – the huge ass burger serves between four to six people. Jesus take the wheel! So, at your next gathering, why not follow the recipe and wow your guests with this incredible burger to share? And then maybe have a nap afterwards...

Will you be trying out this insane recipe?
