Clouds and isolated rain showers are also to be expected in the coming days.
We woke up to some dull weather today and, we’re sorry to inform you that, it is not expected to get any better! In fact, get ready for some huffing and puffing!
Weather page ‘It-Temp Madwarna’ has issued a wind warning claiming that gusting winds from the Northeast are about to hit the Maltese Islands culminating tomorrow morning, Tuesday 9th May.
TWISSIJA TA’ RIĦ QAWWI ⚠️ Ir-riħ mill-Grigal (NE) mistenni jkun qawwi ħafna matul l-għodwa t’għada t-Tlieta 9/5...

Winds are expected to reach as high as Force 7 during the early hours of the morning and get calmer, albeit still windy, with Force 6-5 in the evening.
The weather page also advised people to refrain from parking their cars or walking near Northeast coasts. The Gozo Fast Ferry is also expected to withdraw their schedule for the day and the Gozo Channel is expected to dock from the South Quay with expected delays.
Apart from the expected forceful winds, it also looks like the sun will be hiding away, at least for the first part of this week as clouds and isolated rain showers are what’s on the horizon!
Are you missing the sun, already?
