In the latest episode of ‘Viaggio a Malta’, the Italian celebrity chef Bruno Barbieri absolutely fell in love with Malta’s capital city of Valletta as he explored it with Maltese chef, Marvin Gauci.

“I’d like to buy a house here in Valletta”, Chef Bruno even went as far to say. “Because you can go outside and breath the history of the island”, he continued.

During the latest episode Marvin Gauci and Bruno Barbieri showed us how to make the perfect ravioli.

Chef Bruno wanted to add that extra crunch to sprinkle on the ravioli and he added Gozo’s special gbejna cheese to give it that extra traditional Maltese touch.
