It’s a glorious day to head to the beach today! And after the stress a certain Ms Rona gave us over the past few months, we all deserve a relaxing time at the beach. If you’re thinking of heading there today, here are the recommended bays according to today’s forecast.

Maltese Islands Weather shares a number of bays “that are likely to be free from jellyfish, rough sea, debris etc...” noting that it “does not mean that only these beaches are safe.”

According to the map, it seems that most northern bays are good choices, as well as Rinella Bay. Most of Gozo’s beaches are also ideal today apart from Qbajjar, Dahlet Qorrot, Hondoq ir-Rummien and Mgarr ix-Xini. The weather site also reminds beach-goers to “maintain an adequate distance from others” during these times.
