Friday 23rd October: Malta records 121 new cases of COVID-19

According to the figures published by the Health Authority’s Facebook page, Sahha, Malta has registered 121 new cases of COVID-19 after 2,685 swabs were done in the past 24 hours.

The islands have registered 55 more recoveries, bringing the total recovery tally to 3,439 and the number of active cases to 1,770. Since the outbreak, Malta has recorded 5,258 cases and has performed 311,475 swab tests. Details on yesterday's cases will be given in Prof. Charmaine Gauci's weekly press briefing today.
