‘Echoes of Calm’ invites you to unwind in an 18th-century Palazzo.
Ever had the opportunity to do yoga and meditate in an 18th century palazzo, and a museum to boot? Heritage Malta is presenting the public with the opportunity to do just that, in an event aptly called ‘Echoes of Calm’.
On Saturday 7th March, from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm, at the National Museum of Natural History in Mdina will be welcoming all those seeking some calm – whether they’re beginners or regular practitioners of yoga.
Housed within a centuries-old palazzo, the museum’s quiet, enclosed courtyard provides the perfect atmosphere for slowing down, breathing deeply, and reconnecting with yourself.
This session is designed to release tension, restore balance, and enhance both physical and mental clarity through gentle guided movements and mindful breathing.
Interested? Book your place here or at any Heritage Malta museum or site – don’t forget your yoga mat, towel, and water! Spaces are expected to fill quickly, so if you’re seeking an evening of calm in Malta’s Silent City, don’t wait too long.
