After an absence of 10 years, opera buffs are invited to immerse themselves in a dramatic journey rich in grand choruses and gorgeous melodies intertwining politics and religion undertones, immortalised in ''Va Pensiero, sull'ali dorate''. This full-scale production features an international cast with the Gaulitanus Choir and the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Colin Attard. Nabucco shall be held on Saturday 3rd May at Teatru tal-Opra, highlighting the 18th edition of the festival presenting a multifarious programme of events around Gozo.
