The Cultural Agency for Valletta has just revealed its Cultural Program for 2024, promising a vibrant variety of events set to enrich the cultural landscape of the Maltese capital.

The program aims to showcase the best of local and international talent, inviting artists and creatives to converge in the heart of Valletta and the Grand Harbour.

This year's lineup will feature highlights such as Verdi's Requiem and The Song that Nobody Silences, paying homage to Maltese literary giant Ray Mahoney.

The program also promises a celebration of Maltese heritage with the Valletta Pageant of the Seas and a traditional Holy Week installation in St. George Square. Beyond the classics, innovative productions like Face of God, advocating for organ donation, will bridge art with societal issues.

Furthermore, the Valletta Green Festival's 10th edition in May will transform the capital with a spectacular garden, while exhibitions, concerts, and theatrical productions will unfold throughout the year.

The Valletta Design Cluster will continue to foster creativity through talks and courses, welcoming designers and enthusiasts alike.

As Valletta gears up for a year of cultural splendour, the program invites locals and visitors to immerse themselves in the richness of Malta's artistic heritage.
