Mr Worldwide himself is playing in Malta this weekend and it’s set to be a big one.
Organisers estimate that a whopping 40,000 people are set to head to Ta’ Qali on Sunday to watch the global superstar behind hits like Fireball, Feel This Moment, Hotel Room Service, and I Know You Want Me.
Pitbull will be joined by Lil Jon, the voice behind hits like Turn Down for What and Get Low, while Owen Leullen will warm up the crowds with Johnathan Cilia AKA Supre as his DJ and Hype MC.
Doors will open at 5:30pm and the concert is set to start at 6:30pm. No tickets will be available for purchase at the entrance, and bags larger than an A4 sheet of paper will not be allowed inside.
A number of food and beverage outlets will be available on site; drinks must be purchased using tokens that can be bought from designated booths. There will also be an official Pitbull merchandise store outside the food court.
Only a limited number of private vehicles will be allowed into the Ta' Qali area and the public is being urged to plan their journey in advance. An official shuttle service will also be operating, with buses set to depart from the designated pick-up points at 5pm and return from Ta' Qali at midnight.
As temperatures are expected to remain high throughout the evening, attendees are encouraged to stay hydrated, wear suitable clothing and comfortable footwear.
